Valle de Guadalest

Located in a privileged environment, at the entrance of the Guadalest Valley, next to the river of the same name. Its main characteristic is the large barbecue located at the entrance, where all kinds of grilled meats are cooked, which is the specialty of the house (lamb, chicken, veal, ox, quail, rabbit).

We also offer you the typical dishes of this area of the Alicante mountain, olleta de blat, cooked stew with ball, garlic soup, seasonal vegetables, sausage from the valley

One of the most appreciated details, is the great offer of homemade desserts, made with local materials, such as loquat products, emblematic fruit of this corner of Alicante.

A natural environment

Algar Fountains

At 6 km we find Las Fuentes del Río Algar constitute a natural place with a high degree of conservation of the ecological wealth and endowed, at the same time, with tourist services and environmental education. This space was declared Humid Zone protected by Agreement of the Valencian Government of September 10, 2002.

This place is an authentic theme park on the importance of water as an ecological, economic and cultural resource. In the future it is planned to create an Environmental Education Center on it.

The most evident reference of the calpina geography is the Rock of Ifach, declared natural park by the Generalitat Valenciana in 1987.
